Excellent Staff. Ginny is amazing and so very helpful with the needs of the client. Delivery is on time. Prices could be better. Everyone has to mark up for profits instead of keeping rates affordable to those not fortunate.

On new years day around 11pm i noticed my home getting cool. I called Dover Oil and within minutes "Kevin" had returned my call. He explained he was going to complete a job he was headed to and i was next. Before midnight he was at my door. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and diligently worked on my boiler and had it up and running. He was courtious, professional, knowledgable, thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Its because of guys like Kevin (he goes by little Kevin) that i stay loyal to Dover Oil company. A true asset to the company. Again this was before midnight on new years day. Kevin is quite an asset to Dover Oil. Well done. I woke up to a nice warm home today thanks to his efforts being over and above the top. I would highly recommend Dover Oil because of Kevin.
