Had a 4 hour window for repair. No one came and no one replied to our follow up. I fell for the story that it was a scheduling issue and was rescheduled for another day. No one came that time either, after the scheduled time I was told that they called and no one answered so they skipped us. No one called, no one texted, the reply was a lie. Spent two full days stuck at home waiting for a repair person

The first time that they came was under a warranty. Very satisfied, so used them again over a year later when our system konked out. Got here fast, as promised, and solved the problem. Antywan, in part, is great. I ended up signing a maintenance contract with them. UPDATE: Corey and assistant just left, after addressing a balky compressor. Couldn't be happier with these guys. Came the same day, with smiles on their faces. Knowledgeable and dedicated to their customers. Those negative reviews baffle me…
