I am a first time customer and a first time home owner and could not be more pleased by the installation of my new water heater this morning. I had Austin and another gentleman out and they could not have been more professional and kind throughout the whole process. They answered all of my questions and then some and also reassuring me i made the right decision with replacing the old tank. I’m especially impressed with how clean all the pipes look now. Dots was great, they came promptly to address my furnace problem in the cold weather. They got the part and fixed it faster than I thought possible. Vinny was very nice and professional....and now my furnace runs just like new!
