Fence installed today, collars fitted for both dogs, Chad walked each dog around the perimeter on leash, and reviewed the paperwork that included warranties, guarantees, training, and how to work the controls on the box installed on garage wall. His instructions were easy to understand. He was patient with multiple questions and I look forward to working with him to ensure our 2 dogs learn the boundaries of our system to keep them safe.

Johnathan and Chad are TOP NOTCH!! These guys are professionals to say the least. The Dog Watch Underground fence is effective and reliable. Johnathan and Chad are educated on the fence and can answer any questions you may have. The fence installation was quick and easy. Johnathan and Chad take time to properly train the pet and the pet owner and answer any questions about the fence. If I ever had a question I was able to call these guys and they never fail to call me back. We have had our underground dog fence now for over a year and have had Zero issues. I highly recommend this underground fence and Johnathan and Chad to install the product. 5 STARS
