DPS Plumbing & HVAC is a locally owned and operated business founded in 2011 by the Edmonson family with three generations and 56 years of combined experience in plumbing, covering new construction, commercial, high-rise, septic, and residential services. They expanded to HVAC services in 2020 to better serve existing and new customers in SW Florida. Thank you to Diversified Plumbing for a prompt and professional service in replacing my hot water heater along with a circulation pump. Melissa from the office staff was outstanding in providing myself with a fair and reasonable quote for a quality replacement unit (Rheem). Along with the request to have 2 master bathroom faucets replaced, which I provided, not knowing if they would install a customer's supplied components, she gladly informed me that is not a problem. While I was informed that Spencer would be my plumber coming on Friday between 8-9am, I was surprise to see Sophie, an experienced plumber also, who had been assigned to me to perform these services. Upon arrival, she realized that, by accident, the incorrect design of the 40 gallon water heater had been given to her. After a quick call and an assurance that they had the correct replacement in stock, she left and returned 15 minutes later and began the replacement. Mistakes happen and this company proved that they have integrity on how you handle an issue. Sophie performed all my requested services, confirmed no leakages, and cleaned all of the work areas that she at. Thank you to everyone involved with this transaction and I will have you on record for future plumbing needs.

Easy to schedule service call, service provided within 2 days of calling. Received timely notifications of service tech (Jason) arrival. Jason provided upfront pricing for the service and explained the procedure. Jason was in/out of the house multiple times and it would have been nice for him to wear booties in the house as other service techs do. Jason took pictures of our other plumbing for future reference. Cell service is weak in our area so Jason asked for the password for our home WiFi to upload the pictures which I think is inappropriate given increasing issues with digital security.

William did awesome job. When he opened the box for the new toilet the tank was cracked in pieces. William called the office to see if he could wait while I took the toilet back to Lowe's to exchange it. He waited in his truck until I got back. William installed and it looks great. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you William.
