Yesterday, December 2, I contacted Direct Electric Company as I had some power out at the house dealing with my electrical box. So I contacted this company and they sent over a representative. His name was David. David is an awesome guy. He listened to my story once he got here and he explained to me what needed to be done and he did it in a timely manner. I give these guys five stars based on the fact that they were pretty fast in response, David knew exactly what needed to be done and he got it done in a short amount of time.
Excellent company to work with, responsive, transparent, and very fair pricewise. David was my technician, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to clearly explain everything. I feel very lucky to have had such a great experience with an electrician on the first time.
