I ran in the Del Tech Chocolate 5k Run/Walk in Dover, DE today. It was the best 5k I've ever participated in..EVER... well organized, ample and close parking, clean, wonderful volunteers, the best after party ever... The T-shirts smelled like chocolatel!!! So creative and cool design. If this run is an example of how students are treated and educated, this is the place to attend, folks!!!

I truly appreciated the honest and warm help that I received from a woman name Angel. I was in need of my transcripts and she went the extra mile to help me succeed. She provided excellent customer services and hospitality from the heart.

I know a lot of people left reviews but I wanted to leave one more recent in the hopes people will see it. Stick with me here ! First things first, the classes were good and education was fine. HOWEVER and this is a big however I dropped out of courses because it just wasn’t for me. Fast forward almost a year later, me being under the impression I was dropped out and done because no one ever communicates properly, I get an email stating I will be send to collections. I try to find out more and no one is willing to help me. No one is able to provide proper cause and why this is happening. I was told I didn’t drop out properly and that would be my fault. It wouldn’t be their job to follow up and help me. They said there is nothing I can do, to the answers of why no one said anything for a year that I had a balance was a simple " I don’t know " I made peace with having to pay that money since no one wants to help me. However now I am running into the problem of getting send around, having been told three different things, stating I can’t set up a payment plan it would have to be in full( I was told something else two days ago ) by God knows when for no one can get me an exact date when I will be send to collections. - With that I am owing a lot of money which I didn’t know I did for almost a year. And no one cares because I quote " not their job, your problem " my problem of coming up with a lot of money by " date unknown " No one wants to help. Everyone just gives the solution of " just pay the money ". This is by far one of the most outrageous experiences I have ever had. Please make sure if you do attend, get everything in writing and properly laid out otherwise it’s your word against theirs and they don’t care about your word.
