This company is well priced and the technicians are kind and knowledgeable but the customer service on the management end is terrible. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and they’ve always been spotty but would eventually show up and would take care of the issue but this year I’ve been trying to get a heating system tune-up since November and they’ve no called no showed on two separate occasions and when I call they don’t apologize and tell me they’ll call me right back then radio silence. At this point I’ve given up because they’ve made it obvious they don’t want my business.

We were supposed to be on autofill but Dietch never came to refill our oil and now we have been out of heat and hot water for 2 days in the middle of the winter. We were told they would deliver today but now they are saying maybe not until tomorrow. They have not offered an emergency fill and keep pushing us off the phone when we call.

My heat was blowing cold air. After my initial phone call, they came to my house within an hour. Workers were knowledgeable and pleasant. My heat is now flowing. I HIGHLY recommend!!
