Degree Heating and Cooling

We had two technicians come out for different issues, Degree was able to schedule both technicians on the day which was much appreciated. Mike T was on time, explained things in a manner that was easy to follow and corrected the heating issue we were having expeditiously! I particularly appreciated his attention to detail when noticing that we did not wear shoes in the house, he went back to his van to put on shoe booties, unprompted. That level of attention is often overlooked and shows his commitment to serving his customers well. Andre B was prompt to the appointment being the first of the day, he took his time to try to help us figure out our electrical issue. He thought out of the box to see what options we had to fix our outlet issue. I appreciated his tenacity and efforts! Much appreciated from Degree for making this first time customer impressed! Both technicians should be recognized for making this process so easy!

Michael was great. Courteous, respectful and thorough. He took the time to explain the maintenance he was doing today and also point out the different areas he was inspecting. He was disrespectful of the property, pleasant to talk to, and made sure to thoroughly clean any debris before he left.

Excellent and prompt repair! Our gas heater broke down, but Connor arrived the very next day and fixed it quickly and professionally. Great service, highly recommended!
