Be aware before using this company. I’m a woman homeowner and my electric water heater stays hot for about 20 minutes before turning cold. The technician only opened the breaker panel, looked at it for a couple minutes, and claimed there was “faulty wiring,” quoting about $800 to $4597 without doing any real diagnostic testing on the heater. I paid the $70 dispatch fee but declined the repair and will be getting a second opinion.
Jeff from Deep Electric did an excellent job diagnosing why my breaker kept tripping. He went above and beyond to quickly identify the issue and replace the broken key.
