*****Amended Review***** It took over a week, but Darnell's office manager called my husband, apologized, and made it right. I am forever grateful for a company that stands behind their business. I will continue to use their services and will continue to recommend them. __________________________________ We had Darnell out for a routine yearly cleaning. It wasn't someone who's been to our house before. In fact he had only been with the company for a few months. He raved at how clean our unit was and how he didn't have to do as much work as he would normally have to do. But, he did something different, he used our outdoor hose to put water up through our exterior drain. He mentioned something about having to fill the P-Trap so the system would drain properly. No one had ever done this before. By midnight our unit had completely shut down and there was water all over our floor inside our home. My husband had to completely clean the drain out with the shop vac. It took 2 days to get it back into working order again after using the enzyme for our drain and changing out the capacitor for the outdoor heat pump.

Clint was AMAZING, he found my need for repairman on FB, came out first thing the NEXT day, repaired that same day, and for a great price! Definitely The “coolest” in the business!!! Highly recommended!!!
