D & N Electric

I worked with Rick a few years ago to install outdoor garage and front door lights at my parent's home and when it came to install an EV home charger, replace all our breakers (home constructed in the early 70's) and replace a fan in our guest bathroom I knew I had to call Rick (D&N Electric) again. I had so many questions about what kind of home charger I should get and Rick was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. We went back and forth via texts and even a phone call and by the time the install was to take place, I was very comfortable and happy with my decision. Luis, the tech was very prompt, explained everything he was going to do during my appointment and he even asked if he should remove his shoes before entering my home, very respectful. Luis was done when he said he would be done and he even left the work area very clean. I highly recommend D & N Electric and for any future electrical needs I will certainly call them again.

I found D&N electric on Yelp and figured I would call them out to give me a quote to install some infrared heaters in my Yoga Studio. From the beginning we had nothing but issues. The timeline of the install took much longer than anticipated because parts weren't ordered on time. Electrical was not ran properly inside of the walls but outside to make the job easier for them but not appealing to the business. The owners response was that's the "New Style". The list goes on and on with the issues with D&N Electric but once the job was completed the real problems came out. The heaters were new in the box unopened and somehow the heaters were installed incorrectly or the company's employees were negligent during the install and didn't reinstall the safety brackets causing the breakers to start tripping and really bright lights to illuminate in the yoga studio scaring my employees and yoga practitioners. This has been a nightmare dealing with this company. I have called them out to recheck their work 3 times and they said everything is okay and working correctly until this last time when one of their technicians came out and I was observing his work and I noticed that the brackets were missing. The employee lied to me when I asked if there was any "Safety brackets" that were supposed to be installed to keep the elements from shorting out and he said "No". That's when I begun to research and find out in fact there is and they weren't installed. Long story short beware hiring this company to perform any work for you. I have lost money, clients and employees due to this mistake. All of the heaters have significant damage and will have to be replaced.

Rick, Rico, and the team at D&N Electric just did a fantastic job converting our 110v to 220v so we can use our new hot tub! They offered a competitive price, showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, did flawless work, and communicated effectively. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
