D&A did a new Trane Heat Pump / Heater install for us. D&A was the lowest of 5 estimates I got, by a lot. This is sometimes a red flag, but it worked out fine this time. The quality of the work was very good, and the few problems I reported to them (wiring problems) were fixed promptly. They have been very responsive and helpful whenever I called. Shouts out to Noah, Aaron, and Kayden, the installers. They did an excellent job. The system works great and resolved a problem we have had for years - one upstairs bedroom was very cold in the winter. Now, it's within two degrees of the thermostat downstairs. I would definitely use D&A again. My only complaint is a minor one. They weren't on top of getting the city permitting process done. I waited a month after the install for D&A to call about a city inspection. Finally, I called them, and then they scheduled the inspection. The inspector found a few minor issues. (As Dan explained to me, they always find something, and every inspector finds something different, so it's easier to just deal with whatever they write up than it is to try to second-guess them.) I waited two weeks for D&A to call me back to schedule the repair. Finally, I called them again. They scheduled a service call immediately. After the service call, I waited two weeks to hear back about a re-inspection. I called them again, and they scheduled the inspection. That inspection passed, and all is well. None of this bothered me much, but just a heads up that you may have to be proactive with them to get the city inspections done. But, the work they do will be top-notch.

Absolutely fabulous company, hands down. It started with the minute Angela answered my call. Very professional and helpful. We then had the pleasure of meeting Noah, the service tech. Above reproach. Knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend D&A if you need these types of services. Hopefully you'll have the same fantastic experience that we did.
