Tankless on demand water heater wasn’t working. Error code was flashing, Michael advised that it was a fire hazard so we were instructed to unplug. They came out first thing. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient. He flushed the unit, cleaned filter and unit, checked all connections, igniter, intake pipe, and exhaust. The plumber spoke with the manufacturer and confirmed recommendation. From start to finish the Custom Plumbing team was outstanding. Highly recommend their exceptional work. We have used them a number of times in the past, and they always exceed our expectations!
