Dane was my technician and was excellent. My system is old and he wasn't going to let it defeat him. After an hour or so and tracing many wires, after checking the usual culprits, he found the black one had a couple of partial breaks causing my no heat issue. He made proper repairs, and because of the age of my system he also did a carbon monoxide check to make sure it was safe. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend this company. Very reasonably priced and quick to service. I called at 8:30 am and he was here by 10 am and I live way out in the country. Thank you One Hour for your prompt service and professionalism.
Travis had to drive over an hour on Saturday afternoon (4:30pm) to come to our house for n Powell, OH. He arrived early than expected and in a positive attitude. He was very professional and willing to walk through the problem. He wasn’t a “sales guy” and didn’t try to sell more than we needed. This was the first time using this company but would absolutely use them again (which we plan on doing here shortly).
