Crown Plumbing

We initially had Crown Plumbing come out to our home about 4 years ago through our home warranty for a major plumbing problem. From that first meeting with Walt we knew we had met the right people for the job. They are knowledgeable, courteous, quick to respond and get the job done well and in a timely manner. Over the years we have had Crown Plumbing come out to our home numerous times for various jobs both big and small and every time we have been happy with the work done. The quality of their work is thorough and consistently meets expectations. If we ever have a question, they answer the call and are able to help. We are so happy to have found them.They are our go-to plumbing company. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a plumbing job!

This company was called out to my residence on behalf of my rental agency. Simple job, shower drain smells, dry p-trap or simple clog. They came in around 10 AM, ran the water in both of the showers, and then said they needed to access the foundation. I've only been renting here for the past few months and do not know the access point, so I said call the owner and he will be able to tell you, no problem. They went out front of my house to make a call, and I waited inside. I was sat on the couch for maybe 10 minutes and then my partner calls me and says that one of the representatives of the company called her and said they couldn't complete the job because of dogs in the backyard. We kept our two dogs out back so that they could not be bothered by them inside. If they needed to access the back yard, all they had to do was come back inside the house they were just in, or knock on the door, and I'd easily bring them inside. They just left. No notice, nothing. So I contact the representative, and she's "on another call," is what she texts me. I tell her I need to know when they'll be back today, as i have work this evening. So I wait. And wait. An hour goes by and I contact my rental agency and let them know the situation and to not use them in the future. I send one more text to the representative to let her know that i had contacted my rental company and there was no need to reply (not that she was planning to any way) and she sends me a thumbs up emoji. I took an evening off of work, out of town, to be sure I was here in the morning to let them in and be here if they had questions. What an absolute lack of professionalism, and disregard for our time. I can't say "go elsewhere" enough.

After meeting with Walter to discuss our project & already having demonstrated to another contractor the same job. We knew he was the man for the job. He explained very clearly what was going to be done to accomplish the task. We were glad to have met Walt & will definitely hire him again for future projects. Thanks Crown! 👑
