We moved into a new house without heating and wanted to make our new home, well, a bit more cozy. So naturally we emailed Cozy Home, who responded to my inquiry quickly. Jason and his team were very easy to work with. The installers, Jose, Aaron, and Benjamin installed two mini split units, the condenser unit, and did the wiring in about half a day. They took time to explain the process, cover flooring, and clean up when they were done. The units work great and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Cozy Home team!

Cozy Home Service did an amazing job in a flash! I filled out an online form and was contacted shortly after and an appointment was setup for the following day with Mark. He walked me through the different options for cooling the garage due to the solar and batteries. He gave me a no BS quote and I asked how soon they could start and he said the next morning. Done, I signed the quote. The install crew showed up the next morning (today) and the system was installed and tested by the afternoon. After the install they walked me through the setup and phone app. Could not of asked for a better experience and it was a very reasonable cost. Thanks

I called several contractors to install a high-end Bradford White gas water heater. I spoke to a Mark Grant at Cozy Home. Mark is impressive. He has a strong technical knowledge of water heaters, including furnaces and air conditioning. He told me all the rebates available. He even knows all the new laws and when they take effect for gas & electric water heaters. He even knew the permit requirements specific to my Rio Vista. He told me all my options, including their advantages & disadvantages. He did not pressure me. He made sure I knew all my options. Then he sat back and gave me time to decide. Once I decided, Mark sent out a Jose & Aaron to install my Bradford White water heater. Jose is a craftsman who takes pride in his job. He pays attention to the finer details. He wants the finished job to look professional. I watched him work. He did an outstanding job. He and his assistant, Aaron, work efficiently. Aaron anticipates what tools Jose needs and hands him the tool before he even asks. Like Mark, Jose is very personable. He explained to me how to relight the gas pilot light if it ever went out. He was patient. He made sure I understood how to do this. They cleaned up nicely after they were finished. I had read many positive reviews about Cozy Home Services before selecting them. They definitely live up to their reputation.
