We recently worked with Courtesy Plumbing to replace our water heater, and the entire experience exceeded expectations at every step. From the moment we reached out, it was clear this is a company that truly values its customers. Tony, the owner, took the time to walk us through our options and explain everything in a way that made us feel confident in the decisions we were making. His honesty and transparency set the tone for the whole process. The dispatch team was equally impressive. Attentive, organized, and incredibly accommodating with our schedules. They stayed in communication, updated us proactively, and made sure the installation could happen at a time that worked best for us. That level of coordination is something we genuinely appreciated. Our on-site technician, Sami, was outstanding. He showed up right on time, was friendly and respectful, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He diagnosed everything quickly, explained what he was doing throughout the process, and completed the installation with a level of professionalism that really stood out. He even walked us through maintenance tips to help extend the life of the new unit. It’s rare to find a company where every touchpoint, from ownership, to scheduling, to the actual service, is consistent, reliable, and done with real care. We have used Courtesy Plumbing Inc for many years. When you find a good thing, you utilize them over and over again. They help us with normal plumbing issues, in addition to a whole kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. The latest fix was when our water heater closet roof had a leak. It leaked into the inner water heater cabin. To the point, where there was no air space to heat the water. Therefore, every time we used the hot water, the heater would vibrate furiously. Seriously, it felt like a 6.0 earthquake, shaking our walls. Abraham, Courtesy Plumbing came to our rescue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our water heater. It was a very complex fix. Glad that we didn't have to replace it. Our roof was temporarily patch, so our minds are at ease. Another thing that I like about Courtesy Plumbing, is that they communicate (schedule window time, if the plumber can come earlier or is delayed) with the client very well. They send the right plumber who knows how to fix the problem. Don't laugh. We had situation where we tried worked with another plumbing company. You tell them exactly what is wrong, and they send a plumber who says that's not my expertise. They did this to us 3x. I will never use them.

Great experience with Courtesy! Connected with Sam on the phone to set up the project (needed to have a whole house water flow monitor with automatic shutoff). He was really helpful and answered the questions I had about the job. Lou arrived at my house on time as arranged. Very communicative and transparent about each step of the project. He worked really fast and efficiently (even provided a discount because he completed the job faster than he expected!). Courtesy Plumbing already offered the best quote for the project. Overall fantastic experience with them, so they will be my first phone call whenever I have any plumbing needs in the future.
