I wasn’t having any problems with my heating and air system, but I wanted a service and tune-up just to make sure everything continues to run well. I was able to schedule the service easily and quickly. The technician who came out was courteous and knowledgeable. He also wore shoe covers when coming from the outside unit into the house, which I appreciated. I was very pleased with the service and now have peace of mind knowing the unit is ready for the spring and summer seasons.

Excellent service. The appt. Set up was easy, the Tech called when on the way. The Tech was very professional and listened to my concerns. He cleaned the condensate line and checked the infrared system. The cleaned the AC and checked refrigerant, etc. He was very thorough and explained every thing. As a side note, he saw some evidence of a possible mouse under the house and let me know. I am very pleased and the service is well worth the price.

Mr. Allen as well as his team were excellent! From the front office to the three guys who came to my home! They were all friendly, patient and professional. As a new home owner, running into major issues with my hvac is something I didn’t expect to happen so early. Coolray worked very promptly on fitting me into their schedule as well as completing the work within 1-2 weeks time frame. I’m highly appreciative they got everything working smoothly & the fact I noticed a difference once the work was completed has me in awe’ thank you ☺️
