Where to start? For the past five years I have dreamed of updating our home and getting rid of those awful window units. I knew we wanted to take advantage of the mass save rebates as well as the financing while we still could. Cooling Unlimited was fantastic from the initial quote to installation, they couldn’t have been more professional. Sean and Izzy my installers were at my home for four full days in 90 plus degree heat installing our five heads and condenser. They were polite, kind and always on time. We ran into a small issue after the install and Cooling Unlimited was on it. The install manager came to help troubleshoot and fixed the issue (crossed lines) in 30 minutes. We have been living the air conditioning dream ever since! All their staff is fantastic from the admin to the installers and technicians . 10/10 recommend!

I had a negative experience with cooling unlimited. When I called them, they told me that they would come in the morning however they did not show up until afternoon. After they arrived, they suggested me to replace the furnace. However, the furnace is only 10 years old. I decided to have other company come and check. They fixed my problem and saved me money instead of replacing the furnace. I don’t recommend using cooling unlimited. Not helpful and I almost fooled by them

We woke up to a very cold house and our gas heat not working. This was during a very cold stretch, so we needed to use their emergency service. Despite this, the price was very reasonable ($264). Dave is very knowledgable, professional, and efficient. He answered all of my questions and was even great with my puppy!
