This company came out and completely fixed our AC. Very professional and experienced. Talked us through the issues, replaced parts, drained system and helped remediation in a quickly and timely fashion. Definitely a recommend and they are 24/7 and will respond in emergency when it gets hot out here!

Contacted Cool Breeze AC in the morning and Avery was able to come out that afternoon to diagnose a problem with our AC unit. He quickly identified the issue and went over the proposed fix and cost; no up-sell, no statements of doom and gloom if we didn't fix it. He didn't have the part on hand, so we scheduled a follow-up visit. For both visits, he showed up on time, kept us informed of his progress, and quickly wrapped up the work. The cost was reasonable. Very happy with the experience and we would definitely use Cool Breeze again.

I recently had my split AC serviced and the entire process was quick, easy, and straightforward. I scheduled the appointment online, was able to choose the day and time, and received clear confirmation ahead of the visit, including who would be coming out. Avery showed up on time, asked a few questions about what was going on, and immediately knew what the issue was. He was super nice, very knowledgeable, and extremely thorough with the service. I’m really happy with the experience and will definitely use this company again to service our other split AC units.
