Spencer and his team did an outstanding job converting a game room and pantry into an ADA-accessible bedroom suite in our 125+ year-old home. They had to overcome unlevel floors and ceilings, non-plumb walls, out-of-square everything, and demanding homeowners. They were able to give us a suite that matched the aesthetic we were going for, which was 1930s, as that is when we assume the home was originally plumbed and electrified. Despite its old-school looks, the suite is extremely modern and energy efficient with smart lighting, spray foam insulation, energy efficient windows, and a dedicated mini-split HVAC system. We look forward to working with Construction Solutions on renovating the rest of the 4200+ square foot home.

This is the first contractor we have hired that we will work with again. Spencer and his crews were highly professional throughout the entirety of the project. My wife and I needed to add a bedroom for our lower-functioning autistic son. Construction Solutions took time to sit with us multiple times to listen to our needs and, on several occasions, went out of their way and above and beyond any reasonable expectations. They would brainstorm with us to find affordable solutions for our unconventional circumstances and work diligently to accomplish our goals. It was easy to tell that they cared about the quality of their work and how we felt about the project's progress.
