We had a great experience with the AC installation team. Jossua and his partner did an excellent job installing our new AC system. They were professional, respectful, and very efficient from start to finish. The installation was done neatly and cleanly, and everything looks well-organized and properly set up. They took the time to make sure everything was done right, and you can really tell they take pride in their work. We truly appreciate their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend this team!

I want to personally thank Mr. Donnie from Comfort Zone of North Florida for the absolutely outstanding service he provided. After dealing with another company that came to my home three separate times without resolving the issue, I was beginning to lose hope. Then Mr. Donnie arrived. From the moment he started working, it was clear he operated on a completely different level. He was thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. In just one visit, he explained more—clearly and in detail—than the other company had in all three of their visits combined. He walked me through every step, showed me exactly what was going on with my unit, and repaired the issue right on the spot. I was so impressed by his expertise, patience, and attention to detail that I decided immediately to sign up for Comfort Zone’s twice-a-year routine maintenance—as long as Mr. Donnie is the one coming out. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work, but Mr. Donnie truly cares about doing the job right. His professionalism, skill, and customer service are second to none. If you want your system handled by someone who knows what they’re doing and takes the time to get it right the first time, ask for Mr. Donnie. He exceeded every expectation. I had a great experience with Tyre of Comfort Zone of N. Fla. Once he got the approval from my home warranty plan to replace the needed part, he came out and replaced the part today!! I am so happy this got totally resolved today!!
