I have a service contract with ComfortMasters where they come check our system twice per year to ensure everything is safe and working well. On this particular visit Rondell was the technician that came out (he has been a few times before also) and he was absolutely awesome! We have had issues with different areas of our house having different temperatures, and they were able to assess what was causing the issue and offer 3 different solutions: one where they do everything needed, a second that required some of my own work, and a third that requires more of my work but they provide all of the necessary actual hvac services that need a professional. Iām pretty handy so I really appreciated them giving me all of these options so I could make the best decision for our family. Also, Rondell was so nice and comforting and ensured that me AND my wife understood what he looked at, what everything meant, and that our system was safe. Would highly recommend ComfortMasters! Not sure you can get any better than their level of service.
Rondel and Dalton, the technicians, were fantastic. They came to assess my HVAC and spent a long time figuring out what was wrong, they also gave me great options for replacement or repair. They were very polite, they were professional, and friendly. The next day, consultant Matt came by to discuss specific things that might need to be done for replacement. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained all of the details and sent me a really thorough itemized list. They are great business!
Very thorough assessment of our hvac system. Jeremy, our technician, was very professional, attentive, listened to and answered all of my questions. Additionally, the comfort advisor, Dustin, performed a thorough assessment of the system and gave us 4 different options for how to move forward. He came out on a Saturday and spent several hours of his time answering my questions and going over the findings and options. I would recommend this company for any hvac needs.
