Paid 200 for this crappy service my carpets are soaked in water. If any mold occurs I’ll be following up with my attorney. I’m part of a paralegal program and I’ll fall through with this. This is unbelievable paid them 200 for the service 178 for the cleaning and 25 for a tip. Do not use this service. It’s horrible.

Charles Williams cleaned my couch cushions and area rug and he was FANTASTIC. We talked through all of the options-he was informative and let me make the decisions without being pushy. I was concerned he might rush the job since it was his last on a Saturday but that wasn’t the case at all. He was VERY thorough and professional. I’ve already recommended him to several friends and will definitely be requesting he come back next time I need COIT. COIT, Charles represents your company very well.
