Absolutely recommend 100%. Garrett responded to me on a weekend after we lost heat. He got us an appointment quickly and fixed the issue fast. He even came back to install an upgraded thermostat. He took the time to talk us through what the issue was and reassured us he’s available if anything else goes wrong. We have an older furnace that several other companies wouldn’t work on. I’m so glad other companies wouldn’t come, because now we have his company we’ll utilize for all future maintenance and repair needs. Communication was also fantastic. We received text updates with appointment reminders, day of service on the way notifications, and follow up thank you texts. Very happy & impressed with Coastal HVAC!

I was unsure if my Modine propane garage heater was functioning correctly, so I called Coastal HVAC for an inspection. Two days later, Garrett arrived at my house at 8am. as scheduled. I am a first-time customer and will definitely contact Coastal for any future heating or cooling issues in my home. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. Garrett quickly diagnosed the problem (there was none, it was me!), explained how the unit functions properly, cleaned the unit, and showed me how to identify future malfunctions.
