Bill, the owner of Coastal Home Services, deserves more than a 5 star review!! He is super professional, knowledgeable, honest, courteous, caring and excellent at what he does!!! He came out to do a quote for drywall replacement after our hot water heater tank burst, resulting in water going everywhere and damaged our drywall. The same day he came to quote us, he went to get supplies for the job, picked up a new water heater for us and started the necessary repairs, all because he cared!! He even offered to let us borrow one of his extra units until we could find the right size system for our home. Thankfully, he found one that was perfect for us and he was able to install it the same day and we didn't have to go another day without hot water. Bill totally went above and beyond for us!! His business ethics and personal character means a lot! He truly takes pride in his work and it shows. We are so thankful for his quick assistance and services!!! We would recommend him to you and your family too!!! Don't waste your time calling anyone!!!
