Coastal Energy

Many business these days ask for a 5-star review, but this one is freely given, organically, without request. We've used Coastal Energy several times over the past year for things such as servicing our boiler, changing the mixing valve on our hot water heater and our fuel. But recently I needed emergency electrical service for my breaker panel. Around lunchtime on a Friday we noticed a burning smell coming from the breaker box. I called Coastal Energy and their team rearranged schedules and quickly coordinated to have a master electrician come to my house that day. He stayed late into the evening to remove and replace the box. Without the kindness, compassion, knowledge and expertise of the folks at Coastal Energy, my family and I would have been without heat in

Called them to set up a time to install propane tanks for a new generator and was told someone from service would get back to me. A month later I called again and was given the same message. After another few weeks I called again and was told they only had one tech and now that it was heating season he was booked solid but would get back to me. Now months later they still have not contacted me so I had to go with another provider which I should have done to start with. Just simply the worst customer service.

Some of the most professional, kind and efficient staff we have had the pleasure of working with. It is such a RE FRESHENING experience in these days we live with no customer service anywhere. 5 stars cause we can’t give them ten!!
