I cannot recommend Coastal Air, LLC highly enough! After my 30ish-year-old oil-burning boiler finally gave out, they provided incredible next-day service for a complex system that handles both baseboard heating and domestic water. The experience was seamless from start to finish. The salesman was a true professional—he showed up to assess the next day, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Instead, he prioritized getting us back up and running, ordering the new unit that afternoon and having it delivered overnight. The technicians arrived first thing the next morning to dismantle the old beast and install the new system. I’ve used Coastal Air several times at a different property on a more straight-forward system, and their honesty and quality of work have been consistent regardless of the size or complexity of the project. I highly recommend coastal air for your heating and cooling system. Noah was my technician and he did amazing job he found out where the musty and mildew smell came from it was a old dirty filter on the bottom of the hvac system that I never knew about he explained everything well to me and what he was going to do. my house smells a whole lot better thank you again Noah.
