Troy came to check for the sources of leaks. He was very thorough trying to locate the areas. He looked in our crawlspace and with permission neatly cut away material behind a sink and drawer next to it. After almost 2 hours he felt it was not an ice dam but melting snow, there were no leaky pipes,and to keep watching the areas. We were satisfied with the price and prompt service as he came 1 day after our call. We definitely will use CMS in the future.

After years of amazing service from L&G Plumbing, Tom retired and referred us to CMS Plumbing. They used text and email and even sent an arrival time with a photo text of our expert, Chris. They are timely, courteous, explained everything and even gave an estimate before starting work. The work was completed as explained and the work area was neat. They also emailed the itemized invoice before leaving the driveway! We highly recommend CMS Plumbing - and Chris our expert plumber that came out.
