My name is Bill Pittsford. This review covers over 5 years of work. We called Clear Vision Plumbing after we had several slab leaks and wanted to have all of our plumbing re-done to have all of our water lines to go thru the attic. Travis Castros the owner came to our house and explain the procedure. All the work was done in a very professional way. Travis kept us updated on all of the work , when the workers would come, the duration of the project etc. All the workers we friendly, knowledgeable and on time!! We were very happy with the results and pricing. Latter in we had a problem with our upstairs master bathroom as water was leaking down thru the ceiling. Travis came over asap. It was not a water line problem but water was leaking thru/under our shower tiles as our house is over 50 years old. We decided to have the bathroom completely redone. This was an on going problem through the years. Travis did the entire project, with new tile in shower, new fixtures, new glass shower door, painting etc. at a very fair price. The last project was just recently done pertaining to our water heater. I called Travis and let him know that is was leaking. Small weak from the pressure valve. Instead of sending a worker out at 8:00pm, Travis (the owner) came over. He fixed the leak!! He told me that the water heater was over 9 years old and that he would recommend me replacing in future. (Absolutely no pressure ) my wife and I decided a few days later to have that done. It was done very professionally and quickly. The price was very fair as I did call to get some comps. I would highly recommend Travis and his staff at Clear Vision Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Not only Is his service great I consider him to be a friend now!
