Clean Cut Plumbing

Vern and Austin were awesome! I called the morning of 2/17/26 around 9am for a possible sewer drain issue. I neglected to tell them my clean out was in the crawl space but after providing a few solutions they were able to get my sewer drain cleaned out! First time using Clean Cut but it won't be the last! Great customer service for a reasonable price! Give these guys a call, they were fantastic!

Austin did an absolutely amazing job and didn't try to sell me on products and services I didn't need. He was very straight forward, kind, and courteous. What's even better is his flexibility to do additional work that I didn't originally request when making the appointment. Due to the way the large-scale home builders (KB Homes) built my house, the main water shutoff was located BEHIND my water heater in a place that was near impossible to reach, especially in case of an emergency. I pointed this out to Austin and asked what it would take to move it and he said it would be easy enough, and he even had the parts in his van to do it right then. I was expecting it to run over a thousand dollars, however, he managed to install an extension above the water heater that was not only MUCH easier to get to, but also securely fastened to the wall so it wouldn't be damaged through use. The price? About $500! This is much better than any other company had quoted me in the past, and exactly why I went with Clean Cut! I also got my tank serviced and now I finally have hot water again!

Clean Cut Plumbing is our “go to” for our plumbing needs. Their work is absolutely first rate. Austin is very positive and great to work with. He went above and beyond on a recent project to help my wife select the right fixtures for our bathroom and even came out the day prior to our scheduled time to bail us out of a bit of unexpected trouble.
