I can't say enough good things about City Plumbing and Rooter. As a firefighter, I've dealt with my fair share of emergencies--but nothing prepared me for a serious water issue that hit my home on a Sunday, after hours! Thankfully, I called City Plumbing and they absolutely delivered. From the moment I reached out, Paul provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. He was professional, and reassuring--exactly what you need when you're dealing with something at the worst time! Despite it being late on a weekend, he responded quickly and came out to my home in no time. Service was fast, efficient, and done with great attention to detail and most importantly, it was genuine! Paul didn't just fix the problem--he explained then made sure I was on-board with the plan. It was obvious they take pride in what they do. City Plumbing treated my emergency like it was their own, and that level of care and dedication is rare these days. Paul & City Plumbing are amazing! Three days ago we noticed a small bubble in the paint of one of our bedroom ceilings. There was clearly some kind of pipe leak behind the ceiling. We got Paul on the phone, on a Saturday(!) and he was there the next day, early Sunday morning! He worked with the water restoration company we had also called and quickly identified and repaired a very tricky defect in the piping. His rates are fair, he worked fast and clean and he gave us some great advice and even some referrals for some other work we need done. And on top of that, he’s a super nice guy! We can’t recommend Paul and City Plumbing highly enough. They made an extremely stressful situation so much easier! Thanks again, Paul!

Citi Plumbing and Rooter did an amazing job answering the call right when I needed work done in my upscale jetted bathtub. They came in and did a consultation as soon as I called, went out and purchased the parts and came back the next day to get the job done. I’m truly impressed with their talent, mannerism, timeliness, and efficient work ethic. Anthony and Akah did a fantastic job. I’m a happy customer and highly recommend them.
