Citrus Air came to my mom’s house and were great. Dalton walked her through the entire process and explained everything perfectly. Then Adam and Julio did a fantastic job on the install. Really great experience. The scheduling is very smooth and they were able to come same day. John P was the first technician to come out and he was great. They had to order a part, which was available the next day. Tyler S came out to replace the part. He was super friendly and my animals loved him, which is always a good sign. With the house being 100 years old with a crawl space, I figured it was normal for the heat to struggle to keep up. So I was actually happy that there was an issue and a solution. I will definitely call them again in the future if we have any problems. Thanks John and Tyler!
