Ian has been our plumber for well over 10 years, and we will never call anyone else. He and his team are top-notch. Everything is done with precision, and you can trust the work they do. They are also thoughtful about cost; they’ll never try to get you to do more work than is necessary and in fact, will point out if something could use replacing but isn’t critical. That way you can decide if you feel the cost is warranted, and you have full knowledge of what’s going on with your plumbing. Everyone on the team is super courteous, always on time, and neat! You would never even know they were there. They are also personable and happy to answer any questions you have. I highly recommend you call Chase Plumbing for anything you need. It will get done right the first time, and they’re very responsive too. An easy 5 stars.

This was an annual furnace tune-up appointment and it was exceptional! Chase Plumbing arrived on schedule, got right to work, and when finished, answered all of my questions. I have been a loyal Chase Plumbing client for many years now; they have done a variety of services at my home from installing a completely new furnace and tankless water heater system, to plumbing for a gas fireplace, to plumbing for a kitchen reno, to replacing pipes in a bathroom shower/tub, to routine maintenance. I did an extensive search across highly-rated plumbers for my replacement heating system job. I felt very well treated by Chase Plumbing throughout the estimating process, and their communication was excellent.
