I had constant sewer backups at my mom’s house, and after getting several quotes (including pricey trenchless options I didn’t want), Charlie’s Sewer & Drain Rooter was the clear choice. Charlie scoped the line, explained everything clearly, showed me videos, gave options, prices, and even a sketch of the fix. Super thorough and trustworthy. He also offered to replace an old weak-flush toilet at no extra charge. Everyone hated that toilet! Raul and Ivan did great work over the two-day job, and the final video of the descaled and coated line looked perfect. Plus, a 20-year warranty — huge peace of mind! They were professional, cleaned up well, wore booties inside, and treated the home with respect. The new toilet works great too. Fantastic team; honest, detailed, and easy to work with.
