We have used Certa Pro Painters twice before. I’ve been very pleased with them in every way; 5 Stars. This job wasn’t quite a 5 Star but it’s good and we’re enjoying our refreshed spaces.

High prices, low quality labor. Ruined almost every door knob and door hinge in our house. Paint spots on floors. Missing paint on trim. All the edges were rough. The chair rail they removed is clearly visible with rough spots all over the spackling. Trim wasn't primed before painting so it's chipping off. When we raised concerns, they had the audacity to say the problem was that we didn't pay to have the ceiling painted. And then the same people showed up without notice and then did an equally poor job redoing a small portion of the problem. And they send us spam mail every couple months seeing if we want to paint again. Crazy. Had to redo a bunch of it ourselves. Would never recommend or re-hire this company.

CertaPro was great to work with and was by far the most reasonable priced for our paint project. Bradley was a great sales rep who got us our quote quickly and set up the start day of our project amazingly fast. Ed Morales and his team came to do the job and was very professional and nice. He went above and beyond and the job was done in 2 days. They were very efficient and worked hard. I appreciate that they wanted to get it done quickly but also be thorough with it so that we were satisfied with the job. Would definitely use them again and recommend them for a quick job.
