CertaPro Painters provided guidance from Neri, salesman , Simone, Field Production Manager, Edwin, Onsite Manager and office staff. Nothing that I requested was not accommodated. Simone took the time visiting, discussing and recommending a plan to service my requests and it was done with patience and detail. Edwin was very thoughtful discussing color schemes and assisting me with decision-making. Work was done with all precautions, HAZMAT standards and regulations as well as additional wood precautions to alleviate further rain damage. For starters, Ben Shut was very knowledgeable. Informative and professional as to what had to be done in the household. He asked numerous questions and offered suggestions and was very respectful of my wishes.. The painters did a fantastic job.Carlos, the foreman, reviewed the contract with me so that there would be no errors as to what had to be painted.

The team did a terrific job at our condo. Christian was able to complete the painting in a very professional manner. Applications were completed in a very skilled timely way and the project was completed with great care. All work was done in a careful manner. Clean up was excellent! All requests on preparation and attention to surface issues were accomplished. Great job.it was a pleasure to have the painting team at our home.
