We are annual maintenance members, which means we pay for the privilege of Central Heating and Air ignoring us on weekends and holidays, too. We were without AC for the last two weeks of June, and this past Monday, a technician finally replaced the broken part in our unit. Today, Friday, we woke up and our air conditioning out again - the fan inside our unit, which was just replaced Monday, has fallen out of place and is lying on the ground. The repair was not completed, and Central Heating And Air won’t send anyone out to fix their mistake until Monday unless we pay a $150 charge. This company is absolutely useless. EDIT: A supervisor contacted us after reading this review and came out to rectify the situation. He said there was a misunderstanding and we were not charged for the after hours visit. We dealt with a series of bad parts and shipping delays that kept the repair from being finalized for a week, but Central Heating and Air didn’t charge us for the repeat visits or bad parts.
