I really researched this project extensively and I am so glad I chose Centra Systems. I was determined to have the best entrance gate on Maui and Centra really exceeded our expectations. We have relied on Centra for over a decade to service the gate to our subdivision directly across from Big (Makena) Beach, so I already knew that Susan Kaili, Ben and the service team would give us excellent service, which is so important. Susan (the office manager) has been with Centra for over 30 years and is an absolute joy to deal with! What I didn't realize is that Centra has amazing gate fabricators. After speaking with Juan Estrada and touring the facility I was truly amazed at what they could accomplish. Melanie and I were also able to see Mark Miller's custom aluminum Taro gate (the very gracious owner of the company) and then I knew that they could build the most beautiful and durable gates possible. They are a very busy company but they still were very professional and kept every promise. Juan and Susan communicated with me every step of the way. And wow did they deliver. A project like this is complicated. And a gate is so important. It provides security, privacy and beauty to our amazing estate. I am so glad I chose Centra! The entrance gate is critical to Aloha Self Storage Lahaina and it malfunctioned at a time when Centra Systems was extremely busy with other jobs. They made a special effort to work us into their schedule and were able to respond and fix the mechanism within a few hours.
