Castles Electric installed some beautiful under cabinet lighting for us and fixed a few issues we had with outlets and entryway lighting. Wayne was great to work with- courteous, answered all of our concerns and left all the workspaces cleaner than he found them. Highly recommend them!

Initially, Tesla directed me to go through Qmerit, who then assigns an installer, but the quotes I received through that process were shockingly high. I decided to reach out to Castle’s Electrical directly, and I’m glad I did. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the Tesla PowerShare installation process and answered all my questions with confidence. The installation itself was smooth, clean, and very well executed. I was so satisfied with their work that I recommended them to a friend—who also ended up using their services and had a great experience. I’ll definitely be contacting Castle’s Electric again for any future electrical projects. Highly recommended!

I noticed a burning smell coming from my breaker inside the house and the meter on the other side of the wall, outside, and Wayne was able to squeeze me in last minute at the end of the day on a Friday, which was such a relief. He quickly diagnosed the issue(s) and had everything fixed in a little over an hour. Wayne was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. As someone who isn’t knowledgeable about electrical work (and honestly, as a woman letting a stranger into my home), there’s always a bit of stress and worry about being taken advantage of or overcharged. I never felt that way with Wayne, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and respected the entire time. I was so impressed not only with how efficiently he resolved the problem, but also that it ended up costing only the service call. Exceptional service from start to finish. Castles Electrical has earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend! Update 1/25/26 I hired Castles Electrical again after such a great first experience, and they delivered once more. Wayne moved and installed a new junction box for a dining room light, and everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Heather was super helpful getting the appointment scheduled quickly, and Wayne arrived on time and went straight to work. He even reused drywall to patch the old opening and made a few smart adjustments to the pendant so everything looked and worked perfectly. Professional, friendly, and left the space clean. I’ll definitely be calling again to install a ceiling fan. Thanks again!
