Chris was fantastic: friendly, thorough, professional. The company does require the electricians to evaluate the electrical condition of your home, but I appreciate that there was no hard upsell. While he did provide estimates for electrical projects I have/need in the near future, he addressed my immediate concern without pressure to do more right now. I look forward to working with Castle again.
