Castle Contracting

Castle was very professional. Brad, came to our house. He gave us the estimate. Brad worked with our insurance company to get the deck replaced after a tree fell on it. He, and the crew who worked on our deck, became to feel more like family. My wife even made lunches for the guys, making sure they were eating well. They are a great company to have on any project for your home. Im even talking to them about a new project for my siding issues.

I was impressed with Castle's personal attention and communication from the start. They performed a roof inspection and did all the legwork with my insurance company and worked diligently to get my claim approved. However, I told them I wasn't comfortable initiating a contract until I had seen an example of their work for myself. They contacted me and let me know when they'd be doing their next roof so I drove out to watch them in action. I was immediately impressed with how much care the workers took to protect surrounding vegetation and structures as they stripped off the old roof. I came back the next day to see the finished roof and it looked great. A contractor was on site that next day installing brand new gutters. A few weeks later, they started on our roof just as we were leaving town on vacation. Jose sent me multiple pictures detailing the progress using a drone to get a bird's eye view. They took special precautions to keep my tortoise in the back from escaping and did an amazing job of cleaning up every bit of debris from the old roof. Under my old shingles, they found several places where the wood decking had rotted so they replaced that and added drip edge to meet current building code. They even re-roofed my storage shed in the back yard to match the house at no extra charge. This is my first experience with having a contractor replace my roof (I re-roofed my first house myself...ugh) so I can't compare them to other companies. But based on my experience, I can't say enough good things about Castle Exteriors and would recommend them highly.
