Casper Plumbing (formerly CK Mechanical)

Had a cast-iron flange that was rusting out bad. Called to have the flange replaced. The plumber didnt remove the old flange. Insisted to remove it we would have to remove concrete. Which was fine, i can tile the floor to raise it instead of doing linoleum, like we originally planned but he installed a repair flange and the flange is not level. He didnt even clean up his mess after even with a broom sitting less than 2 feet away.

We cannot say enough good things about Casper Plumbing. They are fast, communicative, and always keep us informed on what’s going on. Every technician we’ve worked with has been respectful and kind. We had a kitchen sink clogged, which ended up having to go deeper into the pipe. We called Casper plumbing at 12:05 PM by 3 PM Daniel Lemons responded! He corrected and fix the issue. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with this young man. He is an excellent plumber/technician. Very professional, kind and courteous. We will use this person and this company in the future. Our son recommended this company said they are quick and a reasonable. They are exactly that!! Thank you so much! 2.12.25: we had Daniel return to finish up the toilet seal replacement. He finished efficiently. Its always pleasant. He described the issue and what was being repaired and he sealed around the toilet so it would not move. We have always had great communication with Casper Plumbing and they have scheduled deficient and kept us updated on any changes if needed. Will use again!!! Thank you for your service and be safe!!
