Michael was easy to work with and great at communicating the status of the repairs. I don’t think I went more than a couple of days without some communication on how my vehicle was coming along. That made it a less stressful situation hearing the updates. I am very pleased with the repairs that CARSTAR made. The paint color is a prefect match and blends right in with the rest of the vehicle. I highly recommend Michael and his team!

They had the vehicle for two weeks and charged approximately $3700. For the damage shown in attached photos. I received the vehicle back and it was covered in white dust throughout the black interior, metal shavings in the carpet and water spots on the exterior. The vehicle was washed and detailed prior to drop off so it was very annoying that they did not return it in the same condition.
