We needed to update our electrical panel and they did a great job. Cody and his team we very professional and thorough. They labeled all the breakers when they were done and showed me the work they did. I’m not an electrician, so I really appreciated Cody showing me what they replaced and explaining what was what. I hired Cannon Electric to install a new electric panel, and they delivered outstanding service from start to finish. They were able to schedule the work within a week of my initial call, and the final cost matched their original estimate exactly. They installed a whole‑home surge protector, a generator transfer switch, and an emergency disconnect along with the new panel. There was a mix‑up between the estimate and installation regarding which circuits were supposed to be removed, but they handled the correction professionally and without any hassle. They also added several circuits during installation that weren’t included in the estimate and didn’t charge anything extra for them. A lineman from my electric company happened to be onsite during the process to disconnect my power and mentioned that he works with many electricians — and in his opinion, Cannon Electric consistently does some of the best work he sees. That really reinforced the confidence I already had in their workmanship. At the end of the job, they took the time to walk me through everything and demonstrate how the new equipment worked. Cannon Electric was prompt, honest, and extremely professional. I highly recommend them for any electrical work.
