Dallas was very personable. It was raining, so he put foot covers on before he entered my condo. Before he arrived, I received a text to let me know he was on his way. Good thing, because I was still asleep! He did his inspection and came back up to tell me what he found, and his recommendations. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE on his part. I feel he was honest in answering my questions. Before he left, he answered my questions about the history of Five Star and the additional services they offered. I was surprised at what other services they could provide. I feel very good about using Five Star, and I will continue to use them. I will also recommend them to others. PS: he was good to my dog, Missy! lol

Thank you for your quick and prompt attention on getting my Carrier unit replaced. The installation went smooth and it even looks better than the first installation back in 2020. Communication on some of our issues could have been handled better, but overall service is great!
