I really enjoy the text to order set up that they have. makes it really easy to pick up my orders with out waiting in line. I also really enjoy the counter guys as well AND the two drivers that they have MULTIPLE TIMES went above and beyond to place my orders in the exact location I requested.

I was frustrated about a light bulb that I was looking to change, but fortunately I stumbled into heaven on earth at ces. I walked in and was immediately greeted by multiple counter employees. This instantly brightened my mood and made me feel like I was at home. The customer service I received from Trevor and Max was absolutely AAA+. In fact I wish there was a letter that came before A so I could express how good the service was. Not only did trevor put a smile on my face with his wit and humor, he was beyond knowledgeable. It’s like he had been working at the store for 30 years. I was shocked to learn he hasn’t even been there a full year yet. Not only is he smart and funny but he is so incredibly handsome. It’s a shame that I wasn’t able to get his phone number. I will be back and next time will get those digits like my life is on the line. I was absolutely floored to find out he only makes 20 dollars per hour. Other companies would be willing to lay him double that if he applied. I asked him why he stays at ces and he says it’s because of the unparalleled vibes. While trevor was in the back pulling my order, max was diligently helping out other customers. The speed and efficiency that he was helping guests at was something to marvel at. I have never seen someone put so many smiles on customers faces in such a short period of time. I made an offhand comment to max saying that the company is lucky to have someone like him working for them. In conclusion both trevor and max need a raise and bring immense value to this location.
