Horrible! I get home after their visit and nothing looks different. Weeds still exists. Trees not trimmed. The yard looks exactly like it did before they arrived. I was told that I only paid for 40 min of service. 4 workers for 40 minutes was a waste of $114. I got duped.

We are very grateful for the crew who installed some plants in our yard. They were knowledgeable, kind, and highly efficient. When we inquired about recommendations for other plant species that are tolerant of various weather and water conditions, they promptly provided us with excellent suggestions. We truly appreciate their expertise and professionalism.

Service was timely and quick but my expectations for customer service were not met. The ask was the remove weeds but it seems as though they just cut them down to about an inch sticking out of the ground. They said I pay a minimum deposit of an hour and they’ll work until it’s done. I would pay additional later. When I called to get clarity, it didn’t seem like my concern was a surprise to her and she said I should have “set more time for them” and if I wanted them fully removed “it could take hours” - again this was already discussed and agreed upon at booking. Again, I’ll take my share of blame, but the customer service rep could have tried to be a bit more empathetic instead of almost blaming me for not setting “enough time”. I don’t set schedules, I requested for the full service weed removal.
