I had an excellent experience with Butler Electrical. I called and Dave answered right away (something none of the other electrical companies I contacted managed to do). He had me send over a few photos of the project (relocating an outlet and a light switch in my kitchen) and quickly sent me an estimate. What really impressed me was the speed and professionalism. Dave had his team out the same day. By the time other electricians finally called me back, the job was already getting done. His team showed up on time, walked me through their process, were extremely friendly, and did a great job. The work was completed quickly, and they made sure everything was clean before they left. We called Butler Electric during the holidays for an island light fixture repair. Dave is very responsive, answered my questions and took care of us immediately. I sent photos, he gave me a quote through text and had his scheduler call the next day. What a nice surprise to get a message that the electricians could come earlier than expected. The electricians were very respectful and worked quickly. They also made the ceiling look better than the original installation.
